POLICY

• A 30% down payment is required to secure your reservation.

• Rescheduling is permitted up to 72 hours before the trip.

• Please arrive at the pier 20 minutes before departure.

• Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.

• Snacks and drinks are provided; you may bring your own. Beer should be in cans.

• Bring personal items at your own risk—we are not liable for loss or damage.

• Littering in the ocean is strictly prohibited.

• Misconduct or violence toward passengers or crew will result in immediate trip termination.

• Payments may be made by wire transfer, cash, or debit/credit card at the pier.
